But now, our company is choosing to explore another mobile solution: a one-of-a-kind boba drive-through at our new Magic Cup McKinney location––the very first in the Dallas area.

Tea, coffee, and smoothies appeal to all types of people––from casual sippers to regular commuters––and a drive-through allows the McKinney team to take on two separate revenue streams (one on foot, one on wheels) and seriously increase the store's capacity for incoming orders. With two teams operating at the McKinney location, both drive-through and in-store baristas will have repeated practice at their stations, meaning they'll be fully trained to get every drink right on the first try, fast. 

Plus, sharing the work in this way helps prevent MCC team members from feeling overwhelmed by an influx of customers, which empowers our baristas to provide friendly, superior service with a smile.

We've worked hard to make the most of our Magic Cup McKinney on-the-go features, diligently training our employees on headset radios to help improve order speed and accuracy, as well as ensuring there's more than one point of sale system to keep operations flowing. 

In addition, we've introduced drive-through pickup services that allow customers to pre-pay online (or via phone) and swing by our window to grab their order––almost without stopping! 

MCC is also incredibly mindful of COVID-19 safety protocols, and our McKinney staff is happy to perform contactless pickup on request.
