Here’s to the Ladies: Celebrating the Women of Magic Cup with My Lynn

This month, we mark two significant cultural milestones: International Women’s Day and National Women’s History Month.

At Magic Cup, we’re proud to be a female and male-founded, owned, and operated business with a team of hard-working employees and franchise partners. But this Women’s History Month, I want to shine a spotlight on the women who have made Magic Cup what it is today.

From my moms, who have both contributed their expertise to Magic Cup, my team members who serve the community every day, and our new franchisees Tam and Chi - thank you for teaching each other what it means to be strong women.

You exemplify what it means to be a female leader: courageousness, confidence, and an eagerness to learn. Thank you for stepping outside of your comfort zone and knowing that our team will catch one another on the other side. Thank you for believing in yourself, even when obstacles are standing in your way. And thank you for always being eager to learn and grow in your skills to excel in life and business.

To the women of Magic Cup and any woman reading this, I hope you love yourself as much as you love the rest of the world. I hope you are as kind to yourself as you are to your friends, family members, and customers––because you don’t deserve any less than what you give to others.
